Store Hours

🚨 Ordering & Pickups: How it Works 🚨

We keep the store open 7 days a week for your convenience, but because we bake in small, fresh batches, we follow a specific weekly rhythm to get the cookies into your hands.

The Tuesday Cutoff

To qualify for pickup or delivery in the current week, orders must be placed by Tuesday at 11:45 PM.

Pick-up orders placed BEFORE Tuesday 11:45 PM: You can select a pickup time for the coming Thursday or Friday. (once you have added an item to your Cart, select 'Edit' next to 'How to get it' to select your preferred pick-up time)

Delivery orders placed BEFORE Tuesday 11:45 PM: After you make your order, we will reach out within 24hrs to coordinate your preferred delivery day (Thur/Fri). Deliveries are performed by our delivery partner, Trexity, and they are made between 2-8pm on Thursday and Friday. If you need your order at a specific time, we can set that up but please note that Trexity charges more for these deliveries. Email billy@thinbillybaked.com for any questions.

Orders placed AFTER Tuesday 11:45 PM: Your order will be scheduled for pickup/delivery during the following week’s window.

Pickup Windows

Pickups are available at our Annex location during the following times:

Thursday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Deliveries

Orders must be made before Tuesday at 11:45pm to qualify for pick-up or delivery that week. Pick-up and delivery is available on the following Thursday or Friday. Delivery fee is a flat rate of $7 (inclusive price) within the City of Toronto, and $23 (inclusive price) to the areas within the GTA that our delivery partner (www.trexity.com) services. The will be added to your sub total at checkout if you select the delivery option.

Delivery is available on Thursday and Friday with the deliveries made during the 2pm-8pm time window. To view if your address is within our delivery partner's (www.trexity.com) delivery zone, please enter your postal code on the item page.

Our Delivery partner will send a text 15 minutes before the delivery will be made; this text will come from Trexity's automated system not from Thin Billy Baked. Our Delivery partner will take a 'proof of delivery' photo once the delivery has been completed.

If you cannot be home to accept the delivery, we recommend leaving a container or box that the cookies can be placed in to keep animals (squirrels, etc) from stealing your cookies. We do not offer refunds if a squirrel or any other creature eats your cookies. 🍪🐿️

** Please note that our 3rd Party Delivery partner cannot deliver to PO Boxes, or places of business outside of its opening hours **

Are Thin Billy Baked cookies nut-free?
All of our cookies contain gluten, dairy, eggs, and are at risk of cross contamination with nuts. Please do not share your cookies with any friends or family members who have a nut allergy.

How do I order?

Corporate / Special Events

For large corporate/event orders that require an earlier delivery time, please send an email to billy@thinbillybaked.com with the order size, delivery location, and requested delivery time and we will respond whether or not we can accommodate within 24hrs of your email.
