Our Story

Growing up, Billy spent a lot of time with his Nan, Dorothy. Nan loved to bake! Cookies, brownies, blondies, cakes, pies - you name it, she baked it! Billy quickly learned that hanging around the kitchen meant lots of sweet treats!!

Years later, in memory of his Nan, Billy started baking treats for his family and his cookies were a big hit; his dad, Tom, said they were even better Nan's!! 🤫

With that, Thin Billy the baker was born!

The ‘OG’ was the very first type that he baked, and it's still the most popular flavour that we offer. A lot less flour than most cookies. Almost all dark brown sugar with very little white sugar. Real butter and premium ingredients like belgian milk chocolate, Reese's peanut butter chips, and Skor toffee bits. No filler, just the real goods!!
